Removable Minor Tooth Movement Appliances

Removable minor tooth movement appliances are fabricated in a pink acrylic with wire springs, sometimes in conjunction with elastic bands. The springs are on the inside and adjusted by the dentist at three week intervals to apply pressure to the tooth where realignment is intended. They are usually worn for a six month course of treatment.
